During 2004, I developed "Recipe du Jour" as a collection of dinner presentations, not just barbecue or grilling but a wide variety of different entrées, some fancy, some not. Most of them include cooking and presentation photos. In mid 2006, the name was changed to "E-Meals™" to more accurately reflect the diversity of the menus.
