
During 2004, I started developing "Recipe du Jour" as a collection of dinner presentations, not just barbecue or grilling, but a wide variety of different entrées, some fancy, some not. Most of them include cooking and presentation photos. Below are many of the "Recipe du Jour" menus. You need Adobe Acrobat to view the files. In mid 2006, the name was changed to "E-Meals" to more accurately reflect the diversity of the menus.
